Repair Service Guarantee

Extended Repair Warranty
Repairs and parts provided by NEMS are protected under a 100-Day Limited Warranty (unless specified under "Short-Term Coverage" below). This warranty automatically applies to defects in materials or craftsmanship for repairs performed by NEMS technicians, effective from the service completion date.

Coverage Scope:

  • Applies only to issues directly caused by NEMS-supplied parts or services.
  • Excludes damage from post-repair accidents, third-party modifications, or external factors.

Warranty Exclusions:

  1. Wear-and-tear components (e.g., batteries, protective films) unless failure stems from material or craftsmanship flaws.
  2. Aesthetic imperfections (scratches, dents, port/screen cracks) unless caused by repair errors.
  3. Liquid damage, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
  4. Post-service modifications to the device by non-NEMS technicians.
  5. Age-related degradation or standard wear from regular use.

Short-Term Coverage (60 Days):

  • Folding device repairs
  • Motherboard servicing
  • iPhone LCD discoloration (white/yellow/green screen)
  • Button replacements/repairs
  • Repairs without part replacements

Warranty Activation & Claims

  1. Proof of Service: Retain your service invoice as warranty validation.
  2. Reporting Issues: Notify us immediately and return the device for assessment within the warranty window.
  3. Device Preparation: Backup data prior to submission; NEMS assumes no liability for data loss.
  4. Resolution: Re-repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Voidance:

  • Evidence of liquid damage, physical tampering, or third-party repairs post-service.
  • Unauthorized disassembly or modifications.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full reimbursement issued if the defect is irreparable within warranty terms.
  • Refund amount excludes original shipping fees and non-refundable service charges.

Risk Disclosure

  • Data/Functionality Risks: Clients acknowledge potential data loss, power interruptions, or compromised water resistance during repairs.
  • Technical Authority: NEMS retains final discretion on repair feasibility and warranty applicability.

Refund & Exchange Process

  1. Evaluation: Upon receiving your returned product, we will promptly evaluate eligibility.
  2. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note: Financial institutions may vary in processing timelines.
  3. Exchanges: Replacement items ship within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Policy Updates

Terms are effective immediately upon service completion and may be revised without prior notice.
